    When you call the main office number they answer "Hello", no company name or anything. When calling Fikru he always seemed discombobulated. When I would ask questions about the lease and property, Fikru would give one word answers and was not very helpful. One time after a call he got confused over one of my questions and told me to just email him. Perhaps it was a language barrier but it came off as him not being knowledgeable or considerate. I viewed the house with the code without a tour. When attempting to apply for the house he took $70 for applications. He then called me the next day saying that only 1 person could move in, out of the two co-applicants because the owner did not like roommates and said that the owner's family lives down the street and would watch the house. This sounded very fishy, invasive, and accusatory. Then Fikru says no both of you can move in, you just can't have other roommates come in later despite it being a 3 bedroom home. He kept going back and forth with unclear information, I told him I had to ask my roommate his opinion. I get an email at 5PM saying he had told me he needed an answer that same day (untrue). I then tell him given the situation we decided this company and house were not a wise choice. He says the applications are non refundable and that we have until Thursday (tomorrow) to pick up our credit reports before they shred them. I asked if he meant tomorrow and then he changes again and says no Friday. I am only rating 2 instead of 1 because the young woman working at the office was very down to earth and helpful. Otherwise they do not appear professional and sound like they work with unsavory sellers. I received zero apologies. Would not recommend.

    My experience at PCI has been amazing. When I came here I never expected such a HUGE amount of learning in such a different learning environment than what I have already experienced. I was at a community college before coming to PCI. What I was learning at the community college is NOTHING like what I am learning at PCI. Here I am doing the work for the field I am going in.

    Ms. Freshwater and her staff we're professional, friendly and extremely educated. I had a unique/tough situation regarding my immigration status, but Ms. Freshwater advised me to perfection. After a journey full of adversity and happiness, I am proud to say I have naturalized to the US! We all know lawyers are not cheap, but her cost was more than fair for her expertise. I highly recommend this firm.
