  This review is in regards to Spring Umrah 2018. Brother Nasir and team provided excellent customer service starting from inquiry on the Umrah package all the way to returning back home. The level of service and prompt return to questions remained the same all throughout the process. In the past my experience with other travel agencies had been once they get your payment they don't respond to you as quickly not the case here. Of all the packages I looked at US Tours offered the best price and all the accommodation's provided and transportation buses were excellent and on par or better than other more expensive packages. The buses and hotels provided in Mecca and Medina were 5 stars and directly across both Haram's. They provided excellent tours of the Mazarath from US born scholars who are studying at Medina/Mecca University who were able to explain in clear English and relate to us well. Overall, I would suggest anyone to book their personal travel, Umrah and Hajj travels with this agency with full confidence.
